As a Certified Nurse Midwife (CNM) with a Doctorate in Nursing Practice (DNP), functional medicine provider, and herbalist, I am passionate about offering holistic, individualized care that supports women in achieving their goals.
My experience in a large hospital-based women's health practice, gave me the privilege of caring for many women daily. But I also saw firsthand how often they didn’t feel heard, their concerns were invalidated, or there simply wasn’t enough time to address their needs properly. That’s why I founded this practice: to change that story.
My mission is to empower women by addressing the root causes of chronic symptoms and restoring balance with personalized, science-backed care, all from the comfort of home. I take a simple, straightforward approach: individualized coaching and consulting that focuses on you and what you want to achieve.
